Ingredients : Chocolate 33.3% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lechitins), wheateggs from free-range chickens 14.1%, sugar, pastry butter (milk) 7.3%, rapeseed oil, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, glucose syrup, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), corn starch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, inverted sugar syrup, table salt from the Isle of Ré.

Milk chocolate moulded hazelnut madeleine.

Ingredients : milk chocolate 33.3% (sugar, powdered whole milk, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifier: lechitins, flavouring), eggs from free-range chickens 15.4%, wheat flour 14.8%, rapeseed oil, sugar, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, ground hazelnuts 5.4%, glucose syrup, corn starch, raising agents : sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, table salt from the Isle of Ré, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), natural hazelnut flavouring.

Ingredients : White chocolate 33.3% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: lecithins, natural vanilla flavour), wheat flour 18.6%, rapeseed oil, free-range eggs 14%, sugar, stabilisers : sorbitols - glycerol, glucose syrup, powdered blanched almonds 2.3%, corn starch, baking powders: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, natural vanilla flavours (contains alcohol), Ré Island fine salt.
