Dark chocolate moulded madeleine
Ingredients : chocolate 33.3% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lechitins), wheat flour 19.8%, eggs from free-range chickens 14.1%, sugar, pastry butter (milk) 7.3%, rapeseed oil, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, glucose syrup, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), corn starch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, inverted sugar syrup, table salt from the Isle of Ré. Traces of nuts and soya. Store in a cool, dry place.
Milk chocolate moulded hazelnut madeleine with pecan bits
Ingredients: milk chocolate 31.6% (sugar, powdered whole milk, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifier: lechitins, flavouring), eggs from free-range chickens 14.5%, wheat flour 14%, rapeseed oil, sugar, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, ground hazelnuts 5.1%, pecan nuts 4.9%, glucose syrup, corn starch, raising agents : sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, table salt from the Isle of Ré, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), natural hazelnut flavouring. Traces of other types of nut and soya.
Cinnamon Madeleine with apple centre and almond slivers
Ingredients:Wheat flour 23.3%, sugar, rapeseed oil, free-range eggs 14.8%, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, concentrated apple juice 5%, almond slivers 4.8%, glucose syrup, pastry butter (milk) 3%, cornstarch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, lemon juice, cinnamon, fine salt from the Isle of Ré, gelling agent: pectin, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), natural apple flavouring. Traces of other types of nut and soya.

Le coffret est très joli, les couleurs printanières très sympathiques. Les motifs sont beaux également. La boîte est de qualité avec un couvercle sui tient bien et ne se déforme pas.

Boîte de qualité. Très belle impression du message personnalisé. Madeleines super fraîches. Tout petit regret, la couleur un peu clair de l'encre pour le message pour les personnes qui ont des problèmes de vue, mais bien assorti à la couleur de la boîte.
