Dark chocolate moulded orange madeleine with orange filling (13.3%).
Ingredients : chocolate 26.6% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins), wheat flour 16.3%, sugar, free-range eggs 14.1%, rapeseed oil, pastry butter (milk) 6.3%, glucose syrup, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, orange and blood orange purees 5.9%, cornstarch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, table salt from the Isle of Ré, natural orange flavourings, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), thickener: pectin.
