Ingredients : sugar, wheat flour 23.2%, eggs from free-range chickens 15%, pastry butter (milk) 14.4%, stabilisers: sorbitols – glycerol, lemon juice 7.5%, glucose syrup, meringue shards 2.2% (sugar, egg white from free-range chickens), lemon extract, lime puree 1%, corn starch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, table salt from the Isle of Ré, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), gelling agent: pectins.
Traces of nuts and soya.
Pistachio madeleine, pistachio flavour.
Ingredients : sugar, wheat flour 25.1%, eggs from free-range chickens 24.1%, pastry butter (milk) 11.6%, rapeseed oil, ground pistachio nuts 5,1%, inverted sugar syrup, natural flavouring, corn starch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), table salt from the Isle of Ré.
Traces of other types of nut and soya. Store in a cool, dry place.
Maple syrup madeleine with pecan nuts, maple syrup flavour
Ingredients : wheat flour 24.6%, pastry butter (milk) 24.4%, free-range eggs 24.1%, sugar, maple syrup 8.2%, pecan nuts 5.8%, cornstarch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, table salt from the Isle of Ré, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), natural flavouring.

En fait, la seule chose qui pêche sur ces coffrets personnalisés, c'est justement la partie personnalisation. Sans doute votre outil industriel permettant cette personnalisation est un procédé de gravure sur la partie blanche du couvercle ? Dans tous les cas, c'est fort dommage, le texte ne ressort que trop peu (texte couleur boîte sur fond blanc). Envisager un fond sombre, dans le cas de la boîte commandée, pourquoi pas un fond bordeaux sur le dessus du couvercle ? Juste de manière à rendre la personnalisation vraiment visible. Sinon, côté madeleines, ce sont les meilleures du moment, sans conteste : )
